Freelancing to Freedom

I don’t know what I would have done without My So-Called Freelance Life, by Michelle Goodman. She made the leap into freelance when she was about my age and now provides informative, relevant, and hilarious advice in her book to those making the switch to freelance. Deciding whether or not to go out on my own as an editor has been nerve-wracking, but she has inspired me to live a life less than ordinary; a life without ceilings.
